Pause can look different.

Last weekend, ours looked like sunrise runs, sore legs, stretching sessions, long conversations, reading under the sun, and singing along to Mamma Mia with 16 other girls ✨

We joined Sarah’s fitness retreat because we don’t see movement as performance, but as another way to come back to ourselves. And honestly, it still feels scary sometimes.

We’ve started perceiving working out as a pause from the noise of everyday life — and we want to have fun while doing it.

Sharing this experience here is a way to track our progress, share only the things that genuinely resonate with us, motivate anyone who feels stuck in their journey to reconnect with themselves, and support local brands that are doing amazing things (@mujo_wellness , @marchon , @1rebel_uae , @charava_uae , @koek.bymimi, @matternutrition.xyz ).

Thank you @sarahstoneley_ @thegirlsweekend , and thank you to all the girls who made last weekend feel so full of love… even when the burpees felt never-ending 🤍
