Stage 7 of the match had everyone stressing! 8 rounds in the gun only, gonna have to run for more. Had to apply @jbs_traininggroup match mentality here and remember @veracitysolutions coaching on speed drop and wind. This stage was a highlight for sure!

Man what a weekend!

Ash Hess over at @quantified.performance offered me the Match Director position for the Floridaman QP matches over at @jtac_ranch this past weekend. I want to thank him for trusting me with such a big responsibility and I hope I delivered.

With a lot of help from all parties involved, I believe that the match was enjoyable for the shooters. I want to thank @hajduk_lives for being right there with me and helping me with everything. Ryan kept me straight and brought organization and professionalism to setting up this match. I appreciate all the time he’s put in with me to square as many things away as possible. And, I’m glad I finally got to meet a good buddy in person do some shooting far fast with him.

I want to thank the generous folks who lent us target hit indicators to use. @jtac_ranch, @ghost5tactical, @sparky0386, @2af_com, and @veracitysolutions. This match would not have been the same without them and be assured all of the shooters greatly appreciated each one being put to use.

Thank you to all the vendors and sponsors who threw in very generous prizes. Shooters were excited to grab from our prize table. Stuff did not last long and many shooters were able to walk home with someone won from the match.

It was a very hot weekend and we had over 90 shooters in attendance. Thank you to all the shooters who came out and put yourselves to the test. I hope you found all of the stages to be challenging, yet fun. And I hope that this match gave you some homework to work on at your home range.

Shoutout to JTAC Ranch for having an awesome facility that lets us be able to shoot the way we did this weekend.

I am extremely tired from this past weekend but I am sad that it is over. This match was a labor of love, and I tried my best to put something you all would enjoy participating in.

Thanks again.
