From Service Provider to Service Expert.

The shirt is more than something you wear.

It’s a badge of honor.

A symbol of the skill developed, the standard set, and the trust earned.

Anyone can provide a service.

But becoming a Service Expert means taking pride in the details, mastering craft, and understanding that every interaction is an opportunity to deliver an exceptional experience.

You don’t just put on the uniform.

You earn what it represents.

Everybody drives past buildings. Almost nobody thinks…

Every building you pass is SUSTAINABILITY. Electricians in Baton Rouge average $65K. Plumbers $69K. Boilermakers $82K — no degree required, just a skill somebody decided to learn.

But the trade is the entry point, not the ceiling. Behind every one of those jobs is a contract. Behind every contract is a company. And somebody owns it.

Learn the skill. Earn the check. Then own the contract that writes the checks.

LEARN • EARN • OWN. By Design — Everything, with intention.

Carpentry is becoming a lost art—especially within the Black community.

There was a time when we didn’t just build houses. We built families, businesses, and communities.

Trades weren’t just jobs; they were inheritance. Fathers, mothers, uncles, and grandparents passed down skills, craftsmanship, trade secrets, and businesses from one generation to the next. Those skills put food on the table, created ownership, and gave families the ability to sustain themselves without waiting on someone else.

Every cabinet built, roof framed, chair repaired, or home constructed represented more than labor—it represented legacy.

When we lost the transfer of those trades, we didn’t just lose a skill. We lost a piece of our economic independence, our confidence, and our community infrastructure.

Reviving carpentry—and the skilled trades as a whole—isn’t about nostalgia. It’s about rebuilding a culture where knowledge becomes wealth, wealth strengthens families, and strong families strengthen communities.

Legacy isn’t only what you leave behind. It’s what you teach before you’re gone.

Take it up a notch.
-
Learning how to harness all of this extraness—
and turn it into direction.

I don’t do small talk well.
I think… I speak… in a dreamy, visionary language!

📈 Every conversation is about elevation—
growth, strategy, action.

Friends. Clients. ChatGPT. Same standard.

If we’re talking, we’re climbing.

I’ve always been an advocate for expanding what success looks like for our youth.

Too often, the conversation is limited to sports or music—especially when traditional education feels out of reach or misaligned.

But there’s another path…
THE TRADES.

As of 2026, barbering is emerging as one of the highest-compensated trades—outpacing careers like electricians, mechanics, and even some engineering roles in certain markets.

This isn’t just about cutting hair.
This is skill. Ownership. Independence. Wealth-building.

Not everyone is meant for the classroom or the boardroom…
but everyone deserves a path to prosperity.

The question is—are we exposing them to it?

What are THE TRADES you ask?

They said their way was the only way.

I chose faith.
I chose discipline.
I chose the process.

And I stayed consistent.

Now look —
country roots,
custom garments,
my own frameworks,
my own clients,
my own platforms.

Not luck.
Alignment.

Not shortcuts.
Stewardship.

Focus creates mastery.
Mastery creates freedom.

They’ll tell you to focus on one thing and become great at it.

I agree.

Just make sure that one thing of FOUS is YOU.

Become great at being you.

Not everything needs to shine to stand out.

This is texture over trend.
Structure over noise.
Craftsmanship made for the moment that only happens once.

Prom isn’t about blending in —
it’s about arriving exactly as you are.

If they don’t remember anything else about the night.
They’ll never forget the suit.

Every detail was intentional —
from the gold brushstroke accents
to the silhouette built for presence, not trend.

This isn’t normal prom wear.
This is craftsmanship for a once-in-a-lifetime entrance.

Are you ready for prom?

⚠️ SUPER LONG THREAD — but there’s a blessing if you make it to the end. Save & share this one.

Have you ever noticed how certain numbers keep showing up in your life? 👀For me, that number has always been 8. Numbers that reduce to or equal up to 8, and oh how powerful has it been! I found out about LIFE PATHS from my WOKE friends, and mine is you guessed it, “8”. But having roots in the CHURCH, I like to connect everything back to the GOD of the Bible, - although I’m no longer religious, I’m just super SPIRITUAL! I like the break things down to make sense for the believers and nonbelievers so they can see why WE BELIEVE!

In Scripture, 8 symbolizes new beginnings, renewal, resurrection, and divine balance.

It’s the number of souls saved in Noah’s Ark, the sign of covenant renewal.

Turn it sideways and it becomes the ∞ infinity symbol — continuous flow, creation, and restoration.

8 is Heaven’s reminder that nothing ends in God — everything evolves. It’s the bridge between the spiritual and the structural, the unseen and the manifested.

For more than a decade, I’ve seen 8’s everywhere — 88 / 888 / 8888.

Not by accident, but in alignment.
Every time I serve, give, and stay faithful through uncertainty, I see another 8. It’s God whispering: “You’re still in the flow. Keep building. Keep believing.”

“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse…
and try Me now in this,” says the Lord of hosts,
“if I will not open for you the windows of heaven
and pour out for you such blessing
there will not be room enough to receive it.” — Malachi 3:10

That verse became the foundation of my challenge — to give, to serve, to sow, and then watch God pour. 🌧

FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT YET ENLIGHTENED:

8 = Alignment – walking in purpose and balance.
88 = Expansion – double authority, mirrored success.
888 = Flow + Return – the harvest cycle complete.
8888 = Legacy + Governance – the system mastered and handed down.

Repeated 8s are confirmation codes — the universe’s way of saying your faith and flow are synced with divine order.

Check Comments for Challenge.

Do you see the same numbers recurring often?
