This dirty hair is giving what it's supposed to give and more. Don't mind my trash can in the back, I had to show this skin and face off! #naturalhair #unfiltered #sunshine🌞 #atl #itsgivingselflove #shepretty

I've been itching to get back into the gym and lawd knows it's going to be a challenge to gain strength back in my shoulder but 🗣 "Dear God, I'm still here" While watching my vid from last night's skate Day 4, I realized just how much definition I've lost and how plump I've gotten (cakes and cookies and everything else tbh) and at first I was down on myself. Then I look back on all 2020 threw at us and am amazed at the resilience of the people around me and even myself and I had to ask myself how would I encourage a friend who's unnecessarily beating themselves up. After sitting with that on my heart, I made a promise to myself that I would be nicer to myself because I deserve that too. IDK where I am going with this... Well just be kind to yourself, we all deserve it! #bekindtoyourself

2020 really did a number on me, so many things both good and bad but skating has been my constant. It's let me down and picked me up so many times but again it's remained my constant. This year I'm dedicating myself to being a more active person and better skater and this page is hopefully going to be my journal. Go follow me @kokobuttabean Some days I will post and other days I will not but know that I'm still here and present. I hope this page will be an inspiration for someone if not just myself. Here's hoping 2021 won't be as crazy as the last. #skatedailychallenge #365daysofskate #365skatechallenge #blackwomenskate #blackwomenskatetoo #skatingover40 #202funday1 #moxiskatedaily #goodbye2020 #goodbye2020hello2021
