A year ago in the woods, barn attics, lakes, and stones walls we found ourselves knee deep in magic. Forever grateful for the heart of these artists and friends. Carrying that magic you shared with me always
✨
We have since dived deep into post production and seeing their hard work find a second wave of magic in the hands of our incredible post production team is beyond exciting. Post production has added their own creativity to the story and we can’t wait to share it with you all!

Production design for @27a.miniseries directed by @_emilystern with my wonderful co @kaliohpee and art team @gabriellefinucan @nadiaspasta and @oona.rose

WHAT A TASK! Hello 2005- we had so much fun dissecting how each time-period specific room would match the personality of each character. Each piece of set dec had an intention, a story, and a place. Always a joy to create queer film! 10 year old me dreamed of this room 🙈

A big thanks to producers @rach.blackman & @julian__grady for the support. As well as my darling painter roommate @jossi.duran for her male figure painting seen in slide 12.

Official stills coming soon 🙂‍↕️

🐦‍🔥PHOENIX✨ thank you so much @housesonthemoon & @history_unerased for the opportunity to play such a special character alongside such special people! (P.S happy last day of Pride, don’t forget about us the other eleven months of the year! ❤️ we don’t go away just because it isn’t June and we still need rights July-May!)

As pride month comes to an end, I wanted to reflect on this incredible experience with these amazing collaborators. I am so grateful to be able to tell queer stories alongside queer artists. The mission of @history_unerased is so important, so please support them however you can. Thank you to @housesonthemoon for this incredible opportunity. Gene and his story will always hold a special place in my heart. 💛
