Hitting baseballs hard is fun.

Pumped for Kolton and all the hard work he has put in.

Vertical and horizontal movers.
Do you create force north to south or east to west?
Do you like to swing above the shoulder or around the shoulder?
Do you like to load the hands up or sideways?

Neither is wrong. It is all based on you move and prefer to create force.

Find your preferences find your swing.

Your thoughts are what make your swing.

“Hands underneath the ball”
“Elbow before hands”
“Stay on top of the ball”
“Get the barrel behind the ball”
“Bounce off the front leg”
“Enter low”
