Aunties, this is your reminder to love on your skin a little extra this fall and winter. Our bodies deserve the same level of care we give our faces. Himalayan sea salt isn’t just pretty in a jar—it helps detox the skin, smooth rough areas, and bring back that glow we lose when it’s cold out. Pair it with a lavender to calm your mind and soften your skin.

And here’s a tip: your favorite perfume lasts way longer when layered with a body oil or scrub that also locks in moisture. It’s the secret to smelling good all day without having to reapply. Stay intentional about exfoliating and hydrating this season—you’ll thank yourself later. @konsciousfit
