Tory Burch x House of Haven ✨🧘🏽‍♀️

Such a fun Sunday morning flow! The high glass ceilings and natural light at The Gardens Mall made for the perfect setting. The Halloween decor added a dash of spooky, and my headset had me feeling like Britney Spears in Oops!... I Did It Again ✨🎤👻

My favorite part of these events is seeing people from all different walks of life come together to ground themselves, be present, find a little peace, and move their bodies.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and trusted House of Haven to guide you through this experience! 🙏🏽

Interested in trying a House of Haven flow? ✨

Join us for our next complimentary event!

Such a fun morning flowing together at @thegardenmedspanorthpalmbeach 🧘🏽‍♀️
Even with the rain, we made the best of it and still got our practice in. ☔️

We’re so excited to continue growing this event and making it something to look forward to every month. See you on your mat the first Saturday of every month ✨

Another beautiful morning on the beach☀️

Thank you so much to everyone who came out for Flow & Float this morning!

Our beach yoga sessions are always so much fun and a little sandy 😅 but we truly appreciate every single person who wakes up early, makes their way to the beach, and chooses to spend their morning moving with us.

An extra thank you to everyone who donated in support of Piper’s Angels and the families they serve, and to all of our amazing sponsors who so generously contributed raffle prizes to help us give back. 🙏🏽

So grateful for everyone who helped make this morning so special. 🫶🏼

And we already can’t wait for the next one!
🗓️ On Saturday, October 17th, we’re teaming up with my dearest friend Charlotte 🤍 She’ll be starting us off with 30 minutes of barre, followed by 30 minutes of yoga with House of Haven.

See you at the next one ✨

Post-flow, we traded our mats for watercolors 🎨🌊

Using ocean-inspired stencils & ocean water, everyone painted their own postcard to take home. The perfect way to slow down, be present, and tap into a little mindfulness by the ocean.

A huge thank you to @poconomaplewater for providing the maple water for our beach flow and keeping everyone refreshed after practice 🍁💧

We loved getting to share it, try something new, and experience it together. ✨
