Kiddichella just gave us six new reasons to be proud. 🧡

We spent the day there with a lineup of local brands, to show off what they’ve built, and remind everyone why buying local actually matters.

Say hello to:
🎨 Cassie Kids
🌟 Khwezi
📚 Moyena Learning
💇🏾 Entle Kiddies
🍼 PojuPoju
🧴 Kool Crew

Six different products. Six different journeys. Every single one built by South Africans, for South African families.

This is exactly why we do what we do. Local business isn’t small, it’s the backbone of this country, and every founder in that lineup is proof of it.

Support them. Follow them. Buy from them. And if you were at Kiddichella and met any of these brands, tell us who caught your eye in the comments.

Buy local. Love local. Be proudly South African. 🇿🇦

Christmas came a little early this year at Jackal Creek Golf Estate! 🎄✨

What an incredible day spent celebrating Christmas in July, meeting so many amazing local business owners, and getting to mingle with the wonderful Jackal Creek community. A huge thank you to everyone who made the day so special—and to our amazing team for making it such a fun and memorable event! @lesatetchells

It's days like these that remind you why Jackal Creek is so much more than just a golf estate. From the championship golf course, clubhouse, restaurants, gym, swimming pools, tennis courts, walking and cycling trails, and family-friendly parks, to the strong sense of community—it's truly a lifestyle that's hard to beat.

If you're looking to buy into the lifestyle, sell your property, or find the right tenant in Jackal Creek Golf Estate, my team and I are your go-to agency. We'd love to help!

HOW TO improve performance …

Most people think performance starts with motivation.

I disagree.

Performance starts with systems.

The clients who achieve the best long-term results aren’t necessarily the most motivated.

They’re the ones who build habits, routines and systems they can follow consistently.

That’s why I don’t focus on quick fixes.

I focus on helping people create sustainable lifestyle changes that continue long after our coaching journey ends.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight.

The goal is to have more energy, better focus, improved health and greater confidence for life.

What is one habit that has had the biggest impact on your health or performance?

🚫 I am NOT the right coach for everyone.

If you’re looking to lose weight for a wedding next month…

If you want a quick fix before a holiday…

Or you’re hoping for a magic pill that will solve everything overnight…

Then I’m probably not your person.

🌿 What I love doing is helping people create a lifestyle.

The kind of habits and systems that still work long after our journey together has ended.

The goal isn’t to help someone lose weight for a moment.

The goal is to help them gain the knowledge, confidence and tools to improve their health for life.

Because when you understand your body, everything changes.

✨ More energy
✨ Better focus
✨ Improved digestion
✨ Sustainable weight management
✨ Greater confidence

And that’s exactly why I’m excited to be launching my next challenge.
