This summer, Mondays ✨ became more than just skating for me.

Through some personal ups and downs, career uncertainty, and all the noise that life sometimes brings, skating has been one of the things keeping me grounded, present, and genuinely happy.

And yeah… I’ve fallen. A lot lately 😂 trying new things, pushing myself a little further than maybe I should sometimes. But I keep getting back up. Every single time. And there’s something beautiful about that too.

Some days I show up feeling lighter than others. But somehow once I’m on my skates, surrounded by familiar faces and skating with my crew, everything else gets quieter. This world has become such a big part of my life.

Feeling extra grateful today for this body that lets me move, fall, get back up, and keep learning. For the people I’ve met along the way. And for getting to experience all of this 💜

Pd: yep, I’m feeling very emotional today 🥹🫶🏼
