Are you hitters landing in a position that allows you to rotate or are you just getting the front foot down?
• Getting your foot down isn’t the finish line
• It’s only one part of preparing your body to deliver the barrel.

One of the biggest challenges hitters face isn’t starting their swing.
• It’s controlling the movement before the swing.
• If you can’t load into the ground + hold the ground on your forward move, there can be issues you won’t realize until game-time shows up.

If you’re needing to find clear answers on what plays for in the game so you are not just “swinging” to create bad habits + limit the frustrations… send a DM & let’s get you a quality routine so you don’t waste your one & only baseball career.
