16hr travel day to Manila + Exploring a bit of BGC 🇵🇭

This is my 2nd time flying with @chinaairlines.tw and it did not disappoint!

First stop when I landed in Manila was to finally see @thelunchladymanila!! I’m here to help open this new restaurant in @forbestown_ 💙

Next I needed to get my hair toned & refreshed post flight. I wash my hair so often from playing pickleball that my tone washes out way quicker than usual. 💇🏻‍♀️

@koopstudio did a fantastic job and even nailed the beach waves. I loved that they also use the same @davinesofficial products as me!

Roamed around High Street and headed over to @sunniesstudios 🤓

Finished off with some modern Filipino food at @lorebycheftatung. Sisig is my absolute favourite dish!!

Where else should I explore while I’m here?? 👀

so three months ago i committed to growing my hair out. sounds simple until you realize growing hair means managing *a lot* of damage, breakage, and seriously compromised ends.

that's why every three months, I book with @koopstudio and their team (shout to @elli_kharitonov ) to reset the health of my hair before the next growth phase. it's not just a trim — it's a full reset.

plus: they're powered by @dyson_ph — you already know why i'm obsessed with their tech).

swipe to see my full hair journey: from "this needs serious help" to "this is what maintenance looks like."

located at Podium Mall — it's become part of my quarterly ritual.

A little hair reset ✨

because sometimes, all you need is fresh hair, your favorite scent, a go-to bag & a little #BianxStyle moment. 🩶

FACT: My hair is 99% grey 👵🏻

FACT: I do a root touch up every 2.5 to 3 weeks

FACT: I often worry about how much chemicals my body absorbs from this frequent hair coloring process

So when @healthyoptionsph asked me to model for their @tintsofnatureofficial permanent hair color that is free from ammonia, parabens, and resorcinol (a known hormone disruptor!), I was really excited to see for myself how well it will really cover my grey.

Happy to report that it really does the job, plus it was also a very pleasant experience as it has no smell and there was no scalp tingling or teary eyes from the product.

If you are like me who needs to cover their grey often, make sure you check this out at #HealthyOptions 🍏

Hair Day at @koopstudio probably the happiest hair cute i’ve had in a long time! Thanks so much to their senior stylist Sir Alex! I can be more confident with my gigs and auditions now. Their staff is so friendly and the space is comfortable. I even got free twinnings tea. A+ service and hair that I know will last with confidence. #beauty #hair #salon #review #glowup
