🇬🇧

When you stop thinking about how you look, you start connecting with how you feel. ✨

Dancing isn't about being perfect. It's about letting yourself flow with the music, your breath, and your body's movement.

No judgment, no comparisons, no expectations. Just you, your body, and the present moment.

Because wellbeing also begins when we stop seeing ourselves from the outside and start feeling ourselves from within. 🤎

Sometimes I have to remind myself to breathe and be more present...

Accompanying breathwork sessions has taught me so much more than I ever imagined.

Every person who comes into the space brings their own story, their own moment, and their own way of feeling.

And in that shared space, I learn too.

I learn to listen beyond words, to respect the silences, and to remember that sometimes, the most valuable thing is not to do, but simply to be.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. 🤍

.......

Your body wants to escape. You can learn to stay.

The water is freezing. My body wants out. My breathing speeds up, and my nervous system reacts to the cold.

I don’t try to fight the sensation. I breathe, I observe, and I allow my breath to slowly find its rhythm again.

Because regulating your nervous system doesn’t mean never feeling stress. It means learning how to respond without letting every sensation make the decision for you.

That’s what Kora Vital is about: learning to relate differently to the things that activate you.

Do you also have your own ritual before going to bed? 🌙

The last hour before bedtime can be a moment to slow down and prepare your body and mind for rest.

But there’s no perfect ritual, and what works for one person may not work for another. Some people like to meditate, others enjoy a warm or relaxing bath, reading, listening to calming music, doing some breathing exercises… or simply putting their phone away and enjoying a few quiet minutes.

The important thing is to find what helps you transition from the pace of the day into a calmer state.

Because sometimes, better sleep starts long before you get into bed. ✨

.....

Getting older also means learning to take care of yourself in a different way. ✨

It’s not about getting back the hair you had at 25. It’s about having strong, nourished and beautiful hair at every stage of life.

And sometimes, it all starts with small rituals: massaging, nourishing, caring and taking a few minutes for yourself.

One of my favourites is CASTOR OIL 5 + 1, a blend of castor, burdock, grapeseed, sunflower, pumpkin seed and rosemary oils.

Because taking care of your hair can also be a way of taking care of yourself. 🤍

Use the code KÖRA1 to get your discount.

Con el código KÖRA1 puedes conseguir tu descuento.

Take a deep breath and give yourself some grace. Life is a journey of constant learning, not a race to have all the answers right now. Embrace where you are today and trust that the rest will unfold in its own time. ✨

Sometimes, the most important journey isn’t the one you take around the world, but the one you take within yourself. ✨🌿

Because when you learn to listen to yourself, understand who you are, and discover what you truly need, you begin to find your own path. 🤍
