I've held on to these images of @koredeglobal and @jeremy.mbu on different days far apart yet I feel the same way when I look at them, friends who don't just say words but live it, they love just as deeply and will make it known, alas it is multiplied.

For every genuine friendship, I am grateful.

We’re excited to introduce Sursr — a new platform in the works that’s designed to connect fresh creative talent with real clients and real jobs in the UK.

Whether you’re new to the country or new to the industry, Sursr is being built to give you a space where your skills can be seen, booked, and paid for.

We know how tough it can be to break into the creative scene—especially when you’re just starting out. That’s why we’re building Sursr: to help level the playing field. From photographers to videographers, makeup artists to designers, the platform will make it easier for emerging creatives to showcase their work, build their portfolios, and land paid gigs—without the usual barriers.

For clients, it will be a simple way to discover affordable, high-quality creative talent that might otherwise stay hidden.

Sursr isn’t live just yet—but we’re building it with you in mind.
While we work behind the scenes, we’d love your input on what features and tools would make it most valuable to you.

Virality is killing your creativity and your business.

And the saddest part? Business owners are falling for it too.

You post something real… it flops.
You copy a trend… flops.
You start to wonder if you’re even good at this.

Here’s the truth:
If you offer a service, let your social media serve as your gallery.
Show up consistently. Educate. Showcase. Inspire.
And maybe… virality will find you.
But even if it doesn’t, clients will.
And that’s the real win.

Tag a business owner who needs to hear this.

What’s really missing in the Nigerian creative space?
I’ve had this question on my heart for a while. Not just as a photographer or content creator, but as someone who deeply cares about empowering creatives — both at home and in the diaspora.

I’m currently working on something I hope will shift the narrative and create real opportunities for creatives across the board. But before then, let’s talk.

🎙️ Join me and @lutheroruyetm as we unpack what’s lacking, what’s working, and what we can build better in the Nigerian creative ecosystem.

🗓️ 13th July
🕗 8:00 PM
📍 Hosted by @laudroomng

Tag a creative who needs to be part of this conversation. Let’s build the future we want. 💬🇳🇬
