1. Termites are the greatest pest concern. Nearly one quarter (22 percent) of homeowners have experienced structural damage to their home from a pest problem. Don’t become a statistic. @korisoldit

2. Your lender may require it. If the home has any structural damage from termites, the lending company will require the property to be treated and any structural damage be repaired by a license termite control company. You probably don’t want to foot that bill.

Termite infestations can turn into a long term (and expensive) issue. We always suggest making the most out of your investment by getting a termite inspection before purchasing a new property. When buyers have this level of insight, they gain peace of mind, stronger negotiating power, and clarity before closing.👨‍💻qualityspecinspection.com 🧩Shellena, Director of Marketing & Operations 📧 info@qualityspecinspection.com 📞 770.743.6318 #homeinspector #homeinspection #home #realtor #atlanta

🏡 PRE DRYWALL INSPECTION 🏡 A pre-drywall home inspection is done after the framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins are completed, but before the walls are closed up with drywall. This inspection gives you a chance to catch issues that would otherwise be hidden later. Here’s what’s typically inspected: @korisoldit Structural Components • Framing: wall studs, ceiling joists, rafters/trusses, beams • Proper spacing, alignment, and load-bearing structure • Wall bracing and shear walls • Roof sheathing and trusses Mechanical Systems • Electrical: wiring layout, outlet/switch placement, breaker panel, proper wire sizes, grounding • Plumbing: pipe layout, materials used, venting, correct slope for drains, location of water supply and waste lines • HVAC: ductwork layout, insulation (if required), vent locations, returns, and clearances Building Envelope • Window and door flashing • House wrap or other weather-resistant barriers • Roof underlayment • Sealing around penetrations (plumbing, HVAC, electrical) • Fire blocking and draft stopping Safety & Code Compliance • Egress window sizes and placement • Smoke detector wiring • Proper support for stairwells • Nail plates over pipes/wires where needed Miscellaneous • Insulation (if before drywall — timing varies) • Attic and crawlspace access framing • Blocking for cabinets, railings, or wall-mounted features This inspection is your last good chance to ensure the “bones” of the house are right before they’re hidden. Agents, feel free to book your clients inspection online or have them do it to secure their time slot. Our availability is first come, first serve and is listed as real time online.
