Not every victory is won on a battlefield.

Some are won quietly when patience overcomes anger, courage rises above fear, and goodness finds its way home.

We spend our days shaping spaces for people to live in. Dussehra reminds us that the true strength of a home comes from the values, love and people within it.

Wishing you the courage to overcome every challenge and a home filled with warmth, happiness and beautiful new beginnings.

Happy Dussehra from Artel Studios. 🏹✨

Some guests arrive at the door.
Bappa arrives and the whole home feels different. ✨

The diyas glow warmer, the prayers feel closer, and every corner fills with a joy that no design could ever create on its own.

We design the spaces. But it is faith, family and moments like these that truly make them home.

Wishing you and your family happiness, peace and beautiful new beginnings this Ganesh Chaturthi.

Ganpati Bappa Morya! 🙏

Most people see a home only after the dust is cleared and everything is perfectly styled.

But this is the stage where it truly begins to feel real when drawings start becoming walls, details and spaces a family will soon call home.

It may still look unfinished, but every panel, light and junction is already shaping the final experience.

A glimpse of the raw stage.

When someone trusts us with their home, we know they’re trusting us with more than walls and finishes.

They’re trusting us with a place their family will return to every day.

That’s why we visit the site, ask questions, check the smallest details and stay involved until the drawings begin to feel like a home.

We don’t work from home.
We work for home.

Roofing Rises, Finishes Advance — Site Update (Talegaon, Pune) Location: Talegaon, Pune | Plot Area: 10,560 sq.ft | Built-Up Area: 5,963 sq.ft

With the main RCC structure complete, we are installing the metal roofing frame, a key architectural feature. Simultaneously, the focus has moved indoors, with detailed plastering and M&E rough-ins underway.

How Koriv drives detailed coordination
Roof Structure: Skilled fixing of the metal truss framework, setting the pitch and form for the final roof assembly.

Team Coordination: Project managers and site engineers review blueprints on-site, ensuring absolute fidelity to the structural and finishing plans.

Enclosure & Plaster: Brickwork is finished, and the first layer of plaster is applied, smoothing walls and preparing surfaces for final coats.

Stairwell Flow: The intricate, cantilevered staircase is a central feature, surrounded by the rough-finished walls of the main circulation core.

Service Integration: Electrical conduits are routed through walls and ceilings, ensuring all services are perfectly concealed and functional before final plastering.

Dual Focus: From Foundation to Finishes — Site Update (Talegaon, Pune)
Location: Talegaon, Pune | Plot Area: 10,560 sq.ft | Built-Up Area: 5,963 sq.ft

This week, we're seeing progress across the board. The framework for the lower levels is taking shape, while finished sections are moving into the final stages of interior work. We manage every phase with equal attention to detail.

How we maintain simultaneous progress

Rebar & Formwork: Intricate steel reinforcement and robust formwork being installed for upcoming concrete pours.

Architectural Elements: The signature concrete box-frame structure is complete, highlighting the home's contemporary design.

Early Plastering: Interior walls are being treated and prepped with the first coat of plaster, creating smooth, paint-ready surfaces.

M&E Rough-ins: Strategic channel cutting in plaster for electrical and plumbing conduits, ensuring a neat and concealed installation.

Staircase Focus: Progress on the open-riser staircase, designed to be a prominent, sculptural element within the home.

Stairwell & Shell Defining the Home — Site Update| Plot Area: 400 ft | Built-up Area: 6,500 sq.ft

The core of this structure is coming to life. With the main concrete shell established, our team is focused on building out the vital internal elements and enclosing the spaces, moving us closer to the finishing stage.

How we drive progress on site

Staircase Integrity: The RCC staircase is fully cast, providing essential access and setting a strong foundation for future finishes.

Masonry Mobilization: Bricks are strategically stacked and integrated, defining room layouts and completing the enclosure of the lower levels.

Vertical Logistics: We are utilizing equipment like the material hoist to efficiently move materials to the upper floors.

Structural Curing: Ensuring the recently cast slab and beams achieve maximum strength through diligent process management.

These images brilliantly showcase the transition from the structural frame to the enclosure stage, with extensive formwork, rising columns, and early masonry work.

Here is your caption for the Talegaon project:

Framing the Future, Defining the Walls — Site Update (Talegaon, Pune)
Location: Talegaon, Pune | Plot Area: 10,560 sq.ft | Built-Up Area: 5,963 sq.ft

With the foundational structure fully cast and cured, we've transitioned into the enclosure phase. The walls are rising quickly, defining the generous spaces and bold volumes of this expansive bungalow.

How Koriv ensures structural and aesthetic quality

Rising Masonry: Both traditional brick and modern blockwork are being strategically utilized to complete the external envelope efficiently.

Formwork Discipline: Robust support and precise centering for continuous concrete casting, ensuring strong, true verticality in columns.

Architectural Lines: The sharp, monolithic RCC elements, including pronounced balconies and window frames, are now clearly visible.

Vertical Circulation: The custom staircase is fully cast and supported, ready to handle traffic and future finishes.

Material Staging: Aggregates, scaffolding, and stone slabs are neatly organized, supporting a continuous, safe workflow.
