AD BIC Lighters sent me looking for Galway’s sparks: a place you love, a habit you keep, anything local that makes you feel proud to be Irish. If you’ve got one, drop it in the comments. @biclighterseu

📚🧥🍂 Autumn’s in the air.. Grab your unfinished book, call your friend, tie up your trench coat, and head to: @ Korner, Kirwan’s Lane, Galway 💰-+€10/person 🍮8.5/10 🧹7.5/10 First thing I noticed was how huge the place is! Even on a busy Friday afternoon, I still got a comfy seat near the window🪟👭 The vibe is very college-y. My friend said she’d def come back here to study (there are loads of plug sockets!). I also can see myself coming here to read and enjoy some #MeTime. It’s cosy, clean, and preeetty🛋️ I ordered the Grá Hot Chocolate (€4.50), and it smelled YUMZ, with soft creamy foam & just the right temperature +even better with the marshmallows melting on top. I also got the hazelnut cake (€5.40), I actually forgot its full name.. but it was pretty good. My friend had an iced matcha latte, and we both thought it was just okay🍵 #visitgalway #korneronthelane #galwaycoffee 💌..this is my first post in 2 years HAHA. It feels a bit awkward & I’ve forgotten how to do a few things, that’s why there aren’t that many photos in this post :,_) aaand, I actually got the last photo from my friend Sas (tysm!). K I’m sorry, 🤞I’ll be posting more often again.

A NIGHT FOR THE COFFEE COMMUNITY 💛 A special evening for Galway’s coffee community, bringing together people who share a passion for great coffee, good conversations and continuous learning. From getting hands-on with La Marzocco machines to taking part in the Oatly Latte Art Throwdown, there was plenty to explore, learn and enjoy. Congratulations to the latte art winner and everyone who took part And a proud moment for our team who took top spots in the competition! So many familiar faces, new connections and great conversations. A reminder of what makes this community special. Thanks to La Marzocco for bringing everyone together! #LaMarzocco #GalwayCoffee #CoffeeCommunity #LatteArt #Coffeewerk Galway coffee | Galway coffee community | La Marzocco | specialty coffee | coffee culture | latte art competition | Oatly Throwdown | Galway cafés | Irish coffee scene | barista community | coffee equipment | Coffeewerk

We finally popped in to see this gorgeous new coffeeshop in Galway 😍☕️ Korner is located on Kirwan's Lane, where Goya's used to be, and they have done a beautiful job transforming the space. It's now a really cosy escape from the world, right in the middle of Galway City. Cloud Picker Coffee is always top notch, and they have some delicious baked goods on the shelf, with even more exciting food options to come soon! They also have a lovely little shop section where you can buy local and Irish products. Pop in for a look soon @korneronthelane #ThisIsGalway #Galway #KornerOnTheLane #Coffeeshops #CoffeeInGalway
