Now that my team and I have a feature in the can 👀 @thehomiesmovie I’ve been going down memory lane

On this day in 2020 yer boy dropped a SciFi thriller short made in the thick of some wild shit going on in the world. Oh and we had to shoot in the midst of smog from wildfires. But we powered thru to capture one of the flicks I am most proud of, and only gave a lil taste of the journey me and my team have been on since. If you haven’t peeped, you can watch via link to my site in Bio. And follow our latest 🤓 @thehomiesmovie

I'm talking about the newest team to be all signed up for the 2026 Pittsburgh 48 Hour Film HORROR Project. It's the "Uncrusta-Bois" and their team leader @korywithastory aka Kory Pitkavish!

Here's hoping the big hearts taste great to the judges!!!

There's still time for you to sign up your team for the Pittsburgh Horror 48. Link in BIO!

We made our first feature length film!!
🎬
In 2023, Bad Dates produced a short film called "Glazed Over" which won best film in Pittsburgh and took the team all the way to Lisbon, Portugal for Filmapalooza! While finalizing their entry, it became very clear to the producers that a feature length found footage project could be the answer to getting over 60 minutes of movie filmed at the absolute bare minimum of production size. In November 2023, this small group of filmmakers set out to make it happen. Three years later, the team is proud to present "Chelsea" a 74 minute feature film featuring a cast and crew of predominantly Point Park University, Cinema & Digital Arts alumni. Bad Dates is incredibly excited to share our new project "Chelsea" with the world this fall. #foundfootage #movietrailer #movielovers

"Chelsea" is officially picture locked! This moves us into the finishing chapter of our indie feature adventure. Its taken an incredible amount of time and passion to bring this project together, and we're feeling very happy to announce we're over 70 minutes with our runtime! There's a lot more to do, but it finally feels like the bulk of the work is behind us. #chelseamovie #davinciresolve #indiefilm

Few years back, some of my friends and I made a sci-fi movie in honor of the Reverend Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Labor of love and honored to make art with these cats. Enjoy and celebrate the KING! 👑 👨🏿 We got more up our sleeve 🤓
