POV: You're just sitting in class, serving your country as they sent you oo, and suddenly your sister's favourite wedding song starts playing in your head. 😭😂

Apparently, this woman has played the song so much that my brain has added it to its daily playlist. 😭😂

Next thing, I couldn't just sit there and let the vibes go to waste, so I had to dance it out. 💃🏽😂

The dance was chaotic, but please, the song is a vibe sha! 😂❤️

@koya_hillary. I hope you're happy with what you've done to me. 😭🤣💃🏽

What if soul winning wasn’t something you had to force yourself to do, but a lifestyle that naturally flows from who you are in Christ?

This September, we are going beyond evangelism as pressure, performance, or techniques. We are learning to see our everyday lives as the context for God’s mission.

Even the ordinary moments.
They can all become opportunities for someone to encounter the love of God through you.

Over the next 3 Sundays & Thursdays in September, we will be challenged to live with greater awareness of God’s presence, love people intentionally, listen carefully, recognize divine opportunities, depend on the Holy Spirit, and point people to Jesus through both our words and our lives.

You are not just saved from something. You are sent for something.

Join us this Sunday as we begin a new series.

📍 30 Adeoye Fafore Street, On-George Bus Stop (Opposite Pinnacle Filling Station), Ikotun- Idimu Road, Ikotun, Lagos

⏰ 9:00AM & 11:30AM

What if the opportunity you're looking for is already sitting right beside you?
Sometimes, all it takes is a conversation.
A little NYSC camp story.

We have all been lied to.... Somehow, we were made to believe that being productive means: doing everything,
never slowing down, never postponing anything,
and always having everything together.

But honestly? That mindset is exhausting.

Because life doesn’t always go according to plan.

Some days your energy is low.
Some days life becomes louder than your schedule.
Some days all you can give is one good hour.

And that does not make you lazy.
It makes you human.

So as we step into this new week, remember this:

You do not have to do everything at once to be productive.

One step is still movement.
One completed task is still progress.

This week, stop waiting to do things perfectly.
Just start.

Start small.
Start messy.
Start tired if you must… but start anyway ✨

Because consistency is not about showing up at 100% every single day.

It’s about refusing to quit on yourself 🤍

Three years ago, ESS started with a simple idea styling outfits.

But over time, we’ve learned that for the women we serve, style is not just about what you wear.

It’s about how you show up.
It’s about clarity, confidence, and being prepared for the spaces you step into every day.

Working with different clients has shown us one thing clearly - busy women don’t need more options, they need direction.

So we took a step back.
We refined our approach.
We built structure into what we do.

Today, ESS is more than styling. It is a system designed to remove confusion, save time, and help women show up with intention.

This is ESS at 3.
More clarity.
More structure.
More intention.

Welcome to the new ESS.

From the very beginning of College, I watched my sister struggle. We were in our final semester this year, and she studied Architecture one of the toughest courses out there. What made it harder was that she didn’t even choose it herself if you’re Nigerianyou already understand what that means.

From day one, it wasn’t easy. A male-dominated course. Long nights. Self-doubt. Pressure but she stayed, she persisted, she didn’t quit. In the end, she graduated with an Upper Credit and she was the only female in her set to do so.

This year, I’ve also watched her step into rooms she once thought she wasn’t ready for.She found her style, embraced modest fashion and started showing up confidently. She didn’t wait to be a professional. She didn’t wait to be “perfect.” She started anyway. She even wrote a mini style guide along the way.

And that’s the lesson. Growth doesn’t wait for perfection.
Confidence is built by showing up, not by waiting. If she had waited until she felt fully ready none of this would have happened.

She’s my number one role model and a reminder that you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to start.

If this spoke to you, save it for later and if you’re waiting for the “right time” this is your sign to keep going anyway.

My Woman Crush Wednesday goes to my twin @koya_hillary my unpaid therapist, my hype woman, my forever roommate in this life. ❤️👯‍♀️ Ever since I randomly fell in love with Chinese culture she’s been surviving it with me. She’s the first person to hear my mad Mandarin practice at 6am, waking up to Chinese songs like she’s in Beijing, watching C-dramas she didn’t sign up for, hearing me fangirl over every ni hao fine shi shenme moment — and she has NEVER complained once.

And guess what? She has NEVER told me ‘you’re cringe,’ never rolled her eyes, never said abeg rest, just pure support, pure love, pure patience for my madness. Thank you for sticking with me through every phase from innocent watching to full-blown fangirl, from one episode to 40-episode binges, from “just learning basics to I must marry a C-drama lead 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 All we Cdrama delulu babes😂

Here’s to us still growing, still laughing, still dragging each other, and choosing this twin bond every single day. Love you forever, doppelganger ❤️✨💕
