463🇺🇸/210🇬🇧 x 1

6 weeks out from NAPF Bench Champs in Costa Rica 🇨🇷. One step close to touching, fat grip about a quarter inch off the chest. Strength did not feel at full capabilities today but still getting it done—the coming weeks will show stronger pressing 💪 will be ready to press whatever we need in San José 🤝 @matyson

North American Bench Championships Costa Rica Prep Continues, 7 weeks out: very nice week 2 singles with 474/215 to a .5 in touch. Keeping the confidence building in the shirt 💪

And yes, although quite infrequently, I am still shooting, and shooting well—we’ve still got it 🎯. Very inactive season having been focused on the bar, but staying in shape and keeping our eyes open for LA28 trials 👀🇺🇸

New block commences, 8 weeks out from North American Bench Championships in Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Gradually putting the work together and getting closer to touching with some .5 inch work, really happy with this start with a couple singles with 205 and 207.5. Shirt is feeling great, lets keep this rolling in the next few weeks and see what the boundaries are @matyson 💪🤝

🚨501 LB/227.5 KG ATPR 1 Board 🚨

Great finish to this block of 1 board breaking the 500 barrier! First time holding and pressing 500+, could not be more pleased, and there’s much more on the way 💪. 9 weeks out from representing the Stars and Stripes at the North American Bench Championships in Costa Rica, can’t wait to see what the coming weeks have to offer! 🇺🇸✈️🇨🇷

First eq bench session back in NY went well with a comfortable 485 LB/220 KG single to a one board! 2nd year of grad school kicks off on Monday, and 10 weeks out from returning to the platform 👀 🇺🇸✈️🇨🇷. 500+ will be pressed soon 🎯

Thanks for the help everyone! @eastavebarbell it’s good to be back!

2026 USAPL CNats

Massi somehow locks in 2 weeks before a meet and still ends up with PRs. He has a pretty high workload especially with it being his freshman year of Uni, these next few years will only get better as he gets older and learns how to manage his time better. This meet definitely lit him up to be more consistent and he may even prep for an eq meet so watch out 😜

Squat: 217.5kg +5kg Meet Pr
Bench: 122.5 +2.5kg Meet PR
Deadlift: 275kg (2nd time pulling something over 6 and looked alot easier than his 277.5 at qualifying meet)
Total: 615 +5kg Meet PR

definitely went conservative w the load selection due to inconsistent training and externals during this prep!
