Heavy Kettlebells, grip strength, and a core on fire 🔥

Today’s finisher. Suitcase marches challenge your ability to fight the pull of the bell, forcing your core to resist rotation with every step. Add in bear position shoulder taps, and you’re working on stability, strength, and control from head to toe.

And this crew? They were doing it all with 50 plus lbs in one hand! It’s not just about how much you can lift, it’s about how well you can control it 💪

Two Garage Mamas🤰 Same due date 👯 Due next month💪

These 2 have been some of the most consistent members at The Garage all year long and pregnancy hasn’t changed that. If anything they’ve shown us what consistency really looks like.

Training during pregnancy means adjusting, modifying, & listening to your body as it changes.

And kettlebells have been an especially great tool for these two. Giving them the ability to continue training while working around a growing belly.

Way to go @kphillzz & @katrynkoob

I couldn’t find the words (or energy) to make a full post dedicated to Saturday’s OC Block Party- it was overall an incredible weekend for both my little business & my little family so I’m just dropping some highlights here.

Overall this is an appreciation post for all of the amazing people that came out Saturday & also all of the amazing small businesses that we enjoyed as a local family on Sunday.

Small business support is what I rely on & I try my HARDEST to spread the love & give back to other local & small businesses 💛 This weekend really made me stop and think about how lucky we are to live in a community with so many talented makers/vendors/organizations.

XO, Amanda

If you haven’t already made it to a workout yet you’re missing out. They’re every Saturday at 8a.m. You may think “man that’s early” but it’s a great way to start your day🏖️
