POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night was such a great reminder that the snowsports world is stronger went we take it offline and meet up in person...even if there’s no snow involved.

I was psyched to connect with fellow North American Snowsports Journalists Association members on a fantastic NYC rooftop at the
Ski Vermont press preview. There were many talented people who contribute to a community that deeply cares about the future of snowsports.

I’m proud to serve on the board of NASJA, and as a member of the membership chair, I’m trying to bring on some fresh voices. NASJA brings together the people who tell the stories of skiing and riding, along with the people and organizations helping shape the industry.

Writers, photographers, podcasters, videographers, editors, bloggers and social media creators are all welcome.

NASJA also welcomes corporate members, including resorts, destinations, brands, agencies and other snowsports organizations looking to build meaningful relationships with the media.

If your work touches skiing, snowboarding or the culture surrounding them, there may be a place for you here. If you want your winter story told well, you should get to know us.

Curious about joining? Ask me about it! I’d be happy to tell you more—or visit NASJA.org to learn more.

🔥 OUR COACHES ARE AMAZING🔥

We are beyond proud of the incredible women behind ECLB coaching. These ladies bring serious talent, years of experience, passion for snowboarding, and an energy that makes you want to push yourself just a little harder.

However, what makes them truly special goes way beyond their riding.

They know how to challenge you, encourage you, build your confidence, and celebrate the wins…whether that win is linking your first turns, finally landing something you’ve been working on, or simply finding the courage to try.

They’re talented.
They’re passionate.
They’re supportive.
Most importantly, they genuinely care about helping other women become stronger, more confident riders.

No egos.
No intimidation.
Just women supporting women, progressing together, and sharing the stoke. 🏂💜

We couldn’t ask for a better crew representing the ECLB!

Come ride with them and learn what makes an ECLB event at @bigsnowad the best way to get on the snow before the outdoor season starts! 🔥🏂❄️

First place 🥇Open Class Methodology 🫶 On my Donek Baker

Huge shout out to Big Snow!!! The course was so fun to ride! The snow quality was perfect and fast!
Thank you Methodology for coming to my home mountain (indoor slope)!!! I’m still smiling! I had such a great time representing @btbounds with @michelleschlanger while meeting new friends and reconnecting with friends I haven’t seen since the winter.

While I was honored to have the fastest female time at 45 years young, what means the most is the people, community, encouragement, progression, and the joy of riding together, it always has been and always will be will be. Thank you snowboarding!

In case you’re wondering what Methodology is, it is a snowboard event that combines speed and style. You get one timed run through the banked slalom course. Then after your run you do your best method on the hip to get up to one second deducted off of your time. I hadn’t done a method in almost 30 years until two weeks ago, so thank you methodology for pushing me to relearn an old trick. It needs some work with tweaking it out, but I’m happy to have a new goal.
