Simply the greatest experience l’ve had in my collegiate career. Being introduced to Jazz at Lincoln Center my freshman year of high school, becoming an inspiration early in my journey, I could’ve never saw this coming.God is Good. HBCU Jazz Festival hosted by @jazzdotorg , FAMU left with the distinctions of best sections across the entire festival and many soloist awards. Even greater, @famu_1887 and @htujazz under the leadership of FAMU alum @jgeorge_06 received the privilege of opening for the world-renowned orchestra. S/O to our J@LC mentors, @cedriceaston1 @myark55 @wdelisfort for putting in overtime with the rhythm section to make sure the music was polished. @famu_1887 @hbcujazz #drums#jazz #vicfirth
