One of my favorites from @kratospromotions #TMMT2

Kyler Griffin from @huntermma13 was locked in tight for his match, in this moment he had a nice Guillotine Choke in the works🔥

One of my matches from Kratos Promotions.

Something I’ve been really focused on lately is learning how to stay calm, use my transitions, and flow around the body—connecting upper-body attacks to lower-body attacks without forcing positions that aren’t there.

The goal is to become smoother. Take what my opponent gives me, transition when something isn’t there, and keep creating opportunities until the next attack presents itself.

It’s still a work in progress, and that’s exactly what I love about Jiu Jitsu. There’s always another detail to learn, another position to study, and another part of your game that can get better.

I’m constantly in the lab studying, experimenting, and trying to sharpen my game one training session at a time. That constant challenge is what keeps me passionate about this sport.

For the grapplers out there—what’s something you’re currently working on adding or improving in your game? 👇

4-1 at @kratospromotions! All wins by submission and lost in points. This was a great tournament with how it was ran to how well they took care of there athletes. No one was left empty handed and they really cared for all the athletes there. Won my weight bracket and lost in the finals of the absolute. Real happy with my performance and definitely feeling it today lol. So many tough matches
