Thank you to the women in my world who have inspired me so deeply that it created a pathway home to myself.

Thank you to my teachers, my soul sisters, my clients, and my lifelong friends who continue to encourage me to see my own power.

Thank you to the absolute iconic women in my life who continue to express exactly who they are, and in doing so become a permission slip.

Thank you to the fiercely embodied divas in my life who have seen me so fiercely that it has allowed me to become ME.

The answer to what you are looking for might just be in the type of women you surround yourself with.

This is the heart behind Becoming Her.

A 3.5-month somatic journey for women who are ready to become the kind of woman who follows the pull of her own heart, grows the dream that keeps asking more of her, and builds the nervous system capacity to actually live inside the life she knows she’s here for.

But perhaps one of the most powerful parts is who you get to become alongside.

Women who are choosing themselves.
Women who are creating.
and taking the leap
who are willing to be witnessed in the vulnerable, audacious process of building a life that actually belongs to them.

Sometimes becoming her happens through your own courage and sometimes it happens because you finally put yourself in a room where your becoming is reflected back to you as possible.

Officially completed my 200 hr YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in Bali this month !!

This has been the most profound and inspiring experience with the most beautiful people. My perspective on yoga and life has completely shifted and I couldn’t be more grateful to my Saraswati family and my incredible teachers @georgiaveronica.yoga @mayanku.yoga @saurav.rathore0003 @dariyas
