Well this is the end of my high school career its been one hell of a ride between changing schools going into my 7th grade year to that same 7th grade year being covid I have overcome all challenges and more to all my friends I have made along the way thank you for being part of my journey and making me feel so welcomed I am proud to call you all my family and as the famous words of Aoi Todo say: “As long as we live, our friends who have passed away will not truly have been defeated.” Thank you Solanco and thank you to everyone who believed in me onto college now for my final hurrah!

First I want to give all glory to God. I’m beyond grateful for everything He blessed me with this season. First, my discus marks going from 129’ last year to 155’5” this year and breaking the school record early on in the season. I placed 5th at districts making it to states. I added 12 feet in shot put since last year, and it’s been a season I’ll never forget. I am so thankful for everyone who has been a part of my year, including my throwing buddies I train with and those I have competed with at all the meets and invitationals. Also, a huge thank you to everyone at @garagestrength for pushing me every day, @sammweeks for believing in me and helping me reach another level, and to my Twin Valley coaches, especially Coach Sue for the support and guidance all season long. To all the seniors I trained with and competed against-best of luck in your college careers… you got this! Sr. Year up next! Jobs not finished.

@kremer_throws had his BEST county championship performance, PR’ing in both Discus and Shot Put, claiming his first county medal in the process!

We’re extremely proud of Liam and his efforts going into this comp. He had so much determination going into the discus, telling us repeatedly that he was going to PR, and he did just that on his FIRST ATTEMPT!

GREAT job Liam! Back to the lab
