The heat advisory was no joke! Today's Personal Best & Java workout was perspiring puddles around the AKG Art Museum Stairs. We put a new spin on weatherproof! Congratulations to Malachi on earning his first Good Neighbor Award.

Well, this Oops! All Burpees workout turned into Oops! All Wet pretty quickly this morning. Luckily, once we pivoted back to the AKG stairs and bounced the remainder of the rain away, it all worked out.

Proud of this crew for not only showing up today, but also getting out of their cars when the torrential downpour started a little before our 6:10 a.m. start time. #Weatherproof

Next week is our Pride workout, so we’ll be sending out reminders to wear your NP Pride-tagged shirts!

The Sun Rose this morning and we 6ked!

Thank you for everyone who joined us for @novemberproject 's system-wide Sunrise 6K run! Three laps around Hoyt Lake with plenty of cheering! All worth a coffee hour afterward at @tipicocoffee !

(reminder: we are tagging T-shirts this Saturday with our Rainbow NP tag, either drop off a t-shirt at Frunday this Friday or message us)

We felt the wrath of our lost bet with November Project Montréal this morning! Last week, the Montreal Canadiens knocked the Buffalo Sabres out of Stanley Cup Bracket of Game 7 and as a result, we were asked to do 7 minutes of burpees. (We also did a whole circuit workout themed around Montreal)

There's only a few songs that run 7-minutes deep, so we quite fittingly played Celine Dion's "It's All Coming Back to Me Now," while our team completed the burpees burnout.

Thank you for everyone who joined us in the brutal punishment!

How many miles did we pedal this morning around Delaware Park's Meadow Drive? About 73 miles within 30 minutes--and one of us ran another 3.6 miles) Perhaps next year, we aim for 100 Miles!!!

Thank you everyone for showing up to our Bike Month Themed workout! Thank you Christine of @gobikebuffalo and Simon of @reddy_bikes for facilitating the annual workout involving laps around Meadow Drive and circuit exercises with discarded bike tubes! And thank you, Reddy's Fleet Team for making sure the Delaware Park station was stacked with bikes Wednesday morning, including 1 pedal assist e-bike! And thank you @jam_parkside for opening up 30 minutes early for our crew to enjoy ☕!
