This is the first piece I wrote for the album. The two pianos are both playing a series of arpeggios, which blur and phase together making a whole more abstract sound. There are no particular points of musical reference to pick out, only the overall effect. I used this in several other Nocturnes and it’s achievable because of the combination of the two pianos. I’d like to thank @kris_boyle_ for all his beautiful imagery over the past months. I hope you enjoy this last Nocturne before the release of the album in a few weeks time.
