Zion Williamson has the talent to be a top 5 player in this league

But injuries have robbed him of season after season. Missed games, missed momentum, missed chances to show the world what he’s actually capable of.

While most guys with his injury history would be labeled “fragile” and written off, Zion is putting in real work this offseason to change that story for good.

What’s the theme of his training right now?

Building a body that can actually hold up to an 82 game season.

@krischrisp : “The one thing that I’m most proud about (Zion) is your habits outside of the things we do. I’ll go in the kitchen & he will have 7 empty bottles of water. That to me shows me he’s listening.”

17 weeks ago I went under the knife for a Distal Bicep Tendon Rupture, off the boneee 🍖 😂😭.. Lookin back it went by so fast, but thats all due to God.. He sat my ass down and told me to refocus.. I was tunnel vision, wasn’t lookin at the bigger picture.. Fast Forward to TODAY.. my mental health is in the best place its been in years, my faith is stronger than its ever been, and I’m silently working on becoming the best version of me 🙏🏽 Setbacks in life don’t always have to be negative on you & your spirit.. I’m only 3 weeks being fully back in the gym (aside from cardio) & I feel like I aint miss a beat.. I pray anyone reading this can have a glass half full outcome on life. Be grateful for where you’ve come from and be proud of where you’re going.. LOVE YALL 🤍
