So many laughs, good eats, and fun was had at my girls night Halloween murder mystery gathering. So thankful I got to spend time with some of my favorite people. Also grateful for my hubby for helping me put all of this together. 🧡

As crazy as it sounds, I use to not like running, and now here I am, a ✨Runner ✨

Find a friend you can suffer with 🤍

(Spoiler: it was more chit chatting than suffering, and we spotted a celeb mid-run 👀)

Six months ago, we didn’t know if anyone would show up. 🐾

Then you did. Twice a month, through the hottest, most humid Florida summer imaginable.

Strangers became friends. We shared hard miles and proud ones, crossed finish lines together, and found community beyond our own pack.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, whether once or every time. This pack exists because of you. 🐺

Thank you to the other run clubs who invited us to run with them.

Tag someone who sweated through this summer with you 👇🏽

Some Saturdays you show up tired, distracted, not totally sure why you set the alarm. And then you’re 3 miles in with people who get it, and it all makes sense again.
Thanks for running with us, pack. Next one: Oct 17, 8am. 🐺

Last Saturday, you were good to us. ☕👟

We joined Saturday Strides, and big thanks to @stpeterunningandcoffee for the warm welcome. Thank you to every Wild Runner who showed up too. Friendly faces + great coffee = weekend started right.

For young survivors expected to simply return to normal life, that invisible weight can go unseen by everyone around them. Kristin shared this to make the hidden part of young survivorship understood, so support doesn’t end the moment someone looks well again.

The Saturday Pack Hit the Trails! We started this run with a rainbow, and it only got better from there. 🌈🐾

Saturday’s Maximo Park run had it all. Water views, shady trail cover, and a pack of people who showed up ready to move. This is what community looks like.

We capped it off with coffee at @paradecocoffee at the Skyway Beach Resort, because a run isn’t complete without the recovery latte. 🤍

If you’ve been thinking about joining a run club but haven’t taken the leap, this is your sign. We’ll see you at the next one.
