POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This feels like a book cover to a great adventure. Some kind of story about friends who do cool stuff together. I remember framing this shot but didn’t expect the colors to be so crisp.

Been out of the photography game a long time but may start sharing more little memories shot on film 🎞️ 📸

30 minutes. One shoulder. A noticeable difference. 🤍

It was such a privilege to be able to work on my client and be able to see firsthand how much the body can respond to intentional, therapeutic massage.
We worked on one side of the upper back and shoulder for just 30 minutes, and the difference between the two sides was incredible. ✨
Massage is so much more than relaxation. When we release areas of tension and restriction, we can help improve circulation, mobility, muscle relaxation, posture, and recovery—allowing the body’s natural structure and muscle definition to show through.
Sometimes the results aren’t just something you feel…
you can actually see them. 👀✨
Your body works hard for you. My job is to help it move, recover, and feel its best. 🤍

For five exciting weeks, the world came to America and helped us see our country through fresh eyes.

Watching visitors experience the U.S. with curiosity and appreciation reminded us that there is so much here to be grateful for, and so much worth celebrating…even when we are told there isn’t.

As the tournament ends on Sunday, I think what we’ll remember most is the kindness, the shared experiences, strangers becoming friends, and the energy and pride that fans from around the world brought to our cities.

To everyone who traveled here from abroad, ate our food, explored our cities, small towns, and national parks, and shared your memories with us: thank you.

We’ll remember you long after the final whistle, and we hope you’ll come back soon. 🇺🇸

She did it!

The water is a little low right now but there’s still plenty of room to slide. We love this hike because there’s so many places to stop for a swim and it is absolutley beautiful!!

📍Roaring Run Falls - About 20-25 minutes from Douthat State Park

Would you slide down this?

Thankful for another year ✨

2025 had no shortage of adventures - and in fact, I traveled to places I had never been to before. My niece wanted to go to the Outer Banks for her eighth grade graduation & it was really cool getting to take her. And, I am so lucky that @krismariawanders invited me on a road trip in California which was unforgettable. Of course I went to Florida a couple of times as well as Colorado, two of my favorite places. But I have to say getting to go to Costa Rica with Owen for my 45th birthday definitely topped out at #1 🤍

I’m not sure where 2026 is going to take me, but I have a feeling it’s going to be good 😍
