Shining a Light Beyond the Chair - Salon owners are now implementing holistic practices into their businesses.

🔦 This is a continuation of a developing conversation between myself and Mariana from @head.ed.evolve where we have been discussing the WHAT, HOW & WHY of The Holistic Shift happening within the Hair Industry.

Beyond its relevance to hair and salon owners, this conversation speaks to individuals across the board who feel their old models of living, working and relating just don’t cut it anymore. We’ve been dying for more congruent structures that authentically support us to optimise our lives.

Here you will gems for what this looks like as a foundational point of view starting from implementing:

🌞 - Morning Routine
🫂 - Team Huddles
🍎 - Nutritional Habits
🍃 - Balancing the Nervous System
😻 - Boundaries with Time & Clients
⏳ - Slowing Down (not rushing)
💰 - Deciding What Is Enough
+++ Plus Much More..

We can go so much deeper than this as there are multiple layers of how much we choose to incorporate a holistic approach into our businesses and importantly - our daily lives. But we believe these simple steps will be catalysts for a much greater and healthier change.

If this resonates please let us know in the comments.

& if you feel to join us in our group where we are having weekly community calls with industry leaders to further discuss “The Holistic Shift” - search for us on Facebook or get in touch.

Stay whole 🙏🏻
