Apparently there are two kinds of friends in this world… one who meticulously and perfectly plans the trip. And one who googles “things to do in Budapest” in the taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Did you know Budapest is actually two cities named Buda and Pest? @krissywithatee and Google did. I do now.

So lucky that I have a bestie who generously allows me the education and experiences that travel like this provides.

I hope my humor, my walking map reading skills, and my confidence in accessing a centrally located lobby restroom in a hotel where we are not staying make me worth the trouble 😍

Tomorrow we return to the hullabaloo of daily life. Which is good because I miss my sweeties and these emails aren’t going to answer themselves.
