This beautiful soul right here…you have given me so much in this life! But the best, is how to truly love myself, and that perhaps, is the most important.

Two years of adventures in 20 seconds❤️ It’s wild to see how much he’s grown up and become his own little person, and amazing to get to experience the way he sees the world around him🥰 Here’s to many more adventures, and Happy Father’s Day to all my fellow Papas!✌🏻

The @PortlandJapaneseGarden is one of the most special places in all of Portland. A visit coupled with a delicious lunch somewhere in town makes for a wonderful day in the Rose City! #HereForPortland

Can you spot me? ✨🌎 Happy (almost) Earth Day!

Brian pointed out yesterday how sad my soul gets when not in nature as often as possible. He’s right. I try and make up for it at home with our little garden and many, many houseplants...but it’s not quite the same. Surrounding myself completely with trees, flowers, oceans, mountains and rivers brings me such a deep sense of joy and healing, beyond what I can explain in an Insta post.

The theme of Earth Day this year is “Restore our Earth”, focusing on restoring the world’s ecosystem through natural processes, emerging technologies and innovative thinking. Climate action is needed now, and we are running out of time.

So if you are able, please consider planting some flowers for our bees, planting a tree, signing a petition or two for protection of our natural resources (like our Old Growth forests), do a neighborhood or trail cleanup, reduce your plastic use, minimize fast fashion and stop using pesticides! In reality, the full list seems endless, but anything helps.

How are you celebrating our incredible planet this year? 🤗🌿🐝🦋💚✨

A few weeks ago, I did this highlighting balayage service on my client, Kristen. She wanted a soft complimentary highlight result so I decided to do a partial foilayage highlight to keep her natural root for the most soft grow out and seamless look she was wanting. My client usually wears her hair naturally curly so we gave her a nice round brush smooth blowout to finish.

Have you ever thought about getting a foilayage service done? Or a coloring service to add seamless highlighting to your hair while keeping your natural root?

It’s a great option for someone looking for a fun change without the commitment of coming into the salon every 6 weeks. I have a few spots open in May so if you’re thinking about it, send me a DM and we can get it scheduled for you! If you already know what service you want, you can book through the link in my bio.

And he was alright, the band was altogether
Yes he was alright, the song went on forever
And he was awful nice
Really quite paradise
And he sang all night long - David Bowie
