🌊 CANON & RILEY’S BAPTISM

Canon’s testimony was precise, genuine & convictional. Riley’s was heart felt, tender & passionate. Not only do our kids love Favor City but we know with confidence that they LOVE JESUS!

Kristen & I knew with conviction that God would not call us to break our family to build his church. As it turns out, when Jesus build the church, He also builds faith in your family. C & RJs faith story was born in the local church. They were 2 & 4 when we moved to Vegas and watched week after week God change hundreds of lives.

They had a front row seat to well over 100 testimonies of faith by this same baptistry before sharing their own. And yes Kristen & I had countless faith conversations with them at home, in the car and at their bedside but we couldn’t and wouldn’t disciple our kids without the help of the local church. We love you @favorcitylv !!

Happy Anniversary Babe! What gift of grace you are in my life. I’m grateful for every moment of laughter, suffering, stillness, chaos, purpose & confusion we’ve walked through together. Life has forged so deeply to Jesus that we can’t help but grow closer to each other. Here’s to the next 14! Beautiful days behind us and even greater days ahead of us. LOVE YOU!

Grateful for this week of ministry.

Watching the next generation say yes to Jesus @shadesstudents , having the privilege to preach and encourage our kingdom partners @shadesmtn & @gocentralchurch, connecting with so many of our partners namely our AL Sending church @dayspringbc at the SBC and enjoying our LV family in Orlando ❤️

Reminded of the great honor it is to play our tiny role in His massive story of redemption! Toes in the sand with wifey for a few days and fired up to preach this Sunday back home in Vegas @favorcitylv !!!
