We have 1 spot remaining for Awaken | 1 couple ❤️‍🔥

The biggest threat to a relationship isn’t conflict.

It’s becoming incredible parents, business owners and teammates...

while quietly forgetting how to be lovers.

You still love each other.

But somewhere between the responsibilities, the conversations about work, the endless to-do lists and taking care of everyone else...

you stopped truly meeting each other.

Not because the love disappeared.

Because life simply got louder than your relationship.

That’s why we created **AWAKEN**.

A deeply immersive evening for couples who want more than a relationship that simply functions.

This isn’t just another date night.

It’s a chance to slow down long enough to truly feel each other again.

To put the phones away.

To soften.

To reconnect.

To remember what made you choose one another in the first place.

Guided by husband and wife, trauma-informed somatic facilitators Kristyn and Stewart Rawson, you’ll experience powerful somatic and connection-based practices designed to deepen intimacy, emotional safety and genuine presence.

Most couples leave feeling...

✨ More connected.
✨ More understood.
✨ More open.
✨ More in love.

Because sometimes your relationship doesn’t need fixing.

It simply needs intentional space to reconnect.

📅 **Saturday 17th October | 6:00–9:00pm**
📍 Flolo Studio, Mermaid Beach

This is our **final invitation** before doors close.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, this is your sign.

DM us “AWAKEN” and we’ll send you the booking link ❤️‍🔥

We have 2 spots remaining for Breathe 🤍

BREATHE GOLD COAST

A 2-hour Somatic Breathwork & Embodiment Immersion with Kristyn & Stewart Rawson.

What if the breakthrough you’ve been searching for isn’t found by thinking harder but by finally allowing your body to let go of everything it’s been carrying?

Most people spend years trying to change their life by changing their mind. Real transformation begins when your body feels safe enough to release what the mind has been holding onto.

BREATHE is an invitation into one of the deepest, safest and most transformational spaces you’ll ever experience.
Through a heart-opening cacao ceremony, somatic experiencing, embodiment and conscious connected breathwork, you’ll reconnect with the version of yourself that’s been waiting beneath the fear, pressure and conditioning.

This isn’t another self-development event. It’s an experience.
One that has coaches, CEOs, therapists and experienced breathwork facilitators leaving saying it was the deepest, most transformative breathwork they’ve ever had.

As husband and wife, Kristyn and Stewart combine masculine and feminine leadership with years of experience in somatic healing, breathwork, trauma-informed coaching, NLP and relationship dynamics, creating a level of safety and depth that allows profound transformation to unfold.

Nothing changes until something changes.

One breath. One evening. Can become the moment everything shifts.

If something in you is saying “it’s time”, trust it.

AWAKEN is almost full. ❤️‍🔥
Just 2 couples remaining.

Last month we sold out and we know this one will too.

This room was always going to be intimate. That’s the point. And when the last 2 couples say yes, the doors close.

One night with your partner. Depth. Desire. The kind of connection that reminds you both exactly why you chose each other.

We would love to have you both in the room.

DM us “AWAKEN” to secure one of the final 2 spots.

With love,
Kristyn & Stew

We hate to say it, but BREATHE is nearly gone. 🤍

Only 4 spots remaining.

Last month we sold out completely and we know this one will too.

If you’ve been feeling the pull, this is your moment. These rooms stay small on purpose, and when they’re gone, they’re gone.

One session. Your breath. A room that holds you completely.
We would absolutely love to have you there.

DM us “BREATHE” to secure one of the final 4 spots. 👆

With love,
Kristyn & Stew

I upgraded my student lanyard for a traffic cone assistant tshirt🥹

There’s not a lot that I can say to encapsulate the magic that goes on in this room, and though I can say, this week felt the most magical of all.

Being on the other side of the room was such an honour and privilege to witness so many beautiful people heal the parts of themselves that have been hurting for so long. To see them come in and leave a different person- someone literally glowing (and getting some spiritual Botox from ECT🤣🫶🏼)

Seeing the woman who makes this all possible for everyone who comes through this room, shine in her element yet again, will always bring the biggest smile to my face. There’s no one like you @elizabethannewalker_eawtc and I’m so grateful to have been able to support you this whole week 🤎

To my assistant crew🥹🥹🥹 what a team!!!! I love you all & am so glad we got to boogie, hold space together, cuddle every day, learn dances, laugh til our bellies hurt and land lots of planes 🤣 you guys are such incredible, inspiring, loving people and I’m so lucky to speak the same language as you all 🤪

I’m leaving this week STOKED that this is my life and I get to do this for a living!!! Are you kidding ?!!!🥹🥳🤩

Sometimes, the person you fall hardest for is the person who reflects the parts of yourself you haven’t made peace with.

Their control triggers your resistance.
Their emotional distance activates your fear of rejection.
Their need for validation frustrates you.
Their inability to communicate leaves you feeling unseen.

But have you ever stopped to ask yourself why these patterns feel so familiar?

Sometimes, we’re drawn to what our nervous system recognises, not necessarily what is healthy for us.

We unconsciously recreate familiar dynamics, hoping that this time, we’ll finally get a different outcome.

And the very traits we judge, resist or resent in our partner can sometimes point us towards something within ourselves that needs attention.

This doesn’t mean you’re responsible for your partner’s behaviour, or that every trigger is a reflection of you.

It means that relationships can become powerful mirrors.
Your partner isn’t just showing you who they are. Sometimes, they’re showing you parts of yourself you’ve never learned to see.

The real work begins when you stop asking, “What’s wrong with them?” and start getting curious about what their behaviour is bringing to the surface within you.

Because the patterns you become conscious of are the patterns you finally have the power to change.

Your relationship can be your greatest trigger, or your greatest teacher.

The difference is whether you’re willing to look within.

You’re a woman who knows how to lead, make decisions, hold boundaries and create the life she desires.

Yet there’s another depth of you waiting to be experienced.

The woman who softens without losing her power. Who trusts her body, owns her desires and allows herself to feel deeply. Who brings that same freedom, passion and aliveness into her intimate relationship.

Your power and your pleasure were never meant to exist separately.

This is where the Warrior meets the Lover.

Where you discover just how much of yourself is still waiting to be explored.

This is one potent & magical day not to miss! Where women get to be in true sisterhood, receive & nourish and release what no longer serves.

DM “HUNGER” if you’re ready to experience the depths of the woman you KNOW is within you❤️‍🔥

With love,
Kristyn

The greatest threat to a relationship isn’t conflict. It’s becoming incredible parents, business owners and teammates while quietly forgetting how to be lovers.

You still love each other.

Yet somewhere between the children, the responsibilities, the business, endless conversations about what’s next, you’ve stopped truly meeting each other.

This is not because your love has disappeared.

It’s purely because life got really loud.

This is why we birthed AWAKEN, to bring couples home to themselves & deepen their union.

AWAKEN is a deeply immersive evening for couples who want more than a relationship that simply functions. Forget the surface level, this is a heart opening evening where you’ll leave feeling seen, heard & in complete devotion to your lover.

It’s for couples who want to feel each other again.

To slow down.

To soften. To forget the noise.

To remember what happens when two people stop managing life for a moment and become fully present with one another.

An evening guided by husband and wife and trauma-informed somatic facilitators Kristyn and Stewart Rawson, who’ve built their own 15 year relationship and marriage on this work.

An evening where you’ll be led through powerful somatic and connection-based experiences designed to deepen intimacy, open the heart and create the kind of presence that many couples have never experienced before.

A safe, beautiful space to reconnect with the person you chose.

Most couples leave feeling inspired, awakened to new depths, excited, open & fully nourished.

The feeling of being truly seen.
