If I could wrap 2025 up in three words or less it would be Sweetness, Success and Steadiness.

This year will be permanently cemented and remembered by marrying my forever partner and best friend.
It was as if magic poured down from the heavens and touched the entire day with its beauty.

Making a career change immediately after which would lead me in to landing my career path with a major promotion I never thought possible.

Getting to watch my best friend get married, and to share our milestones in the same year together was so beyond special.

Something I’m eternally grateful for is that I heavily invested in personal growth peace and patience. I would not exchange this year or its lessons for the world.

There are SO many new and exciting experiences to come in 2026 and I cannot wait to see it all unfold. 🤍

This weekend was nothing short of the best expression of two souls celebrating their love for one another in the most eloquent and authentic way.

I got to be so blessed in finding such a dear and true friend and to be a part of this wonderful time with her was something I’ll cherish forever.

Balloon bopping, sprigging, wine drinking, endless laughs and all the merriment of showgirl meeting confederation history will always make me giggle.

Hannah and Derek, you are the pure definition of true love in finding the one. You both complement each other so well and Percy is the luckiest cat child of all time. Wishing you both all the love and happiest of lifetimes together. Love you both so much 🫶🏼

2024 was…a year 😅

There were some really excited moments and then some truly awful ones. Honestly, my BeReal went unused for several weeks multiple times this year because my mental & physical health had me being a little hermit crab 🐚

However, making this post reminded me to utilize it more in 2025. Even capturing a photo during our daily walk turned into a memory I will cherish forever after I lost my soul dog. Looking through my BeReal also reminded me of all the good that happend this year. All the smiles. All the adventures. All the accomplishments. All the friends.

Though 2025 will be my first year without my little Marliee Jane, and that absolutely puts a pit in my stomach, I also think it’s going to be an incredible year. Maybe her spirit is all around and bringing good fortune. At least that’s what I’m going to tell myself.

Thank you so much to all the friends, family and loved ones that filled my 2024 ♥️ I appreciate you all so deeply (& I apologize if you weren’t in one of these photos, as I said there weren’t that many, but we’ll change that in 2025 ✨)

the end of an era ♥️

Getting to attend the last ever era’s tour concert was a surreal experience. For the last 5 years Taylor Swift has been in my top artist, usually as #1 followed closely behind by The Beatles (this year they swapped).

However, of course as an environmental advocate it can be difficult. You recognize the impact of everything from the travel, to the disposable sets, to the plastic beads, to the two bottles of water I ended up buying.

Yet, while you’re there you can’t help but remember the human aspect of it all. Girls just wanna have fun. Girls DESERVE to have fun. In this chaotic world people NEED the happiness this sort of community brings.

The cost/benefit analysis is quite literally impossible to calculate.

What I can say is that I’ll hold onto these memories always. Especially the ones with you, @krod_13 🫶🏼

Happy Birthday, Ms. Swift. Thank you for the damn fabulous show.
