LABOR DAY RIDE 🚨

A dark room full of my favorite people fills my cup to the top! It is never lost on me what a privilege it is to lead classes. What started as a dream is my now reality and I never take it for granted. I don’t have to but I GET TO!

COMMUNITY is EVERYTHING. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

Movement is the best thing for your body. Movement is best enjoyed when you find a community of others who are prioritizing movement. I could not be more proud of the community at @crunchhendersonville. They could be anywhere else but they continue to show up and put in the work over and over again. It is a honor to lead these incredible people.

4️⃣0️⃣ Here’s to a new decade! ‘Thank you’ will never be enough to express how grateful I am for the love I am shown by the fitness community at @crunchhendersonville. May we continue to walk this journey together, carrying each other along the way.

FINDING THE JOY IN MOVEMENT ✨

If it was easy, everyone would do it. You will continue to be challenged for the rest of your life. Find joy in the journey- not just the destination. I’m so thankful I get to walk through my journey of life with such amazing people.

⛈️ This space and these people lift me up on my darkest days. It’s the hard days that remind me how good group fitness classes make me feel. Reminding me that 45 uninterrupted minutes can turn my whole day around. This space we’ve created isn’t just for the good days- it’s for the bad days too. The bad days are when I need it MOST. 🖤

🎉 HBD @madsbeauty01 🎉 Celebrating yall is never lost on me. You could be anywhere- yet you choose to celebrate by sweating 💦 buckets on a bike going nowhere. I am honored to celebrate you and be a small facet of your day in this journey we call life.

💖 Abbey & Lucy’s Baby Shower, part 1! 💖

We had the most precious baby shower yesterday! What an honor to celebrate my baby girl and granddaughter!

Many HUGE thanks to Shelby, Faith, Aaron, and Jalyn who really stepped it up to make this happen. Because of my limited mobility (grrrrr) they worked so hard to set everything up, tear down, clean, etc! This wouldn’t have happened without them!

Not much longer now and Lucy will be here!!!! This Cha Cha can’t wait!!!
