CONGRATULATIONS, OFFICER MATT AFIFI. 👊🇺🇸

Matt has been part of our Legacy family since he was a teenager.

It’s been incredible watching him grow from a young kid on the mats into the man he is today.

Proud to celebrate his graduation from the Police Academy and the start of his career with @burbankpolice.

Burbank PD and the City of Burbank are in great hands.

Proud of you, Matt. Well earned. 👊

⚾🇵🇭 Filipino Heritage Night at Dodger Stadium!

Filipino Heritage Night at the Dodgers… also known as “Hospitals were short on nurses night.” 😄🇵🇭

Jokes aside, we had an amazing evening cheering on the Dodgers while celebrating our Filipino heritage alongside FALEO LA members, families, and friends. It was a great opportunity to strengthen friendships, build connections, and enjoy America’s pastime together.

Thank you to everyone who came out and represented our community. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next event!

💙⚾ Mabuhay!

Such an emotional moment, the guides sang this song during the rising of the sun. Translation of the Hawaiian “House of the Sun”, I felt in another planet looking down at what illuminated the horizon. Blessed. Appreciation. Thankful.

SATURDAY 10AM KETTLE-JITSU BOOT CAMP AT LEGACY 🔥

Today we worked the LUNGE • TWIST • HALO combo — building strength, mobility, coordination, rotational power, and control all at the same time. This is the type of functional training that carries directly into BJJ, MMA, athletics, and everyday life.

Kettle-Jitsu isn’t just random kettlebell workouts… it’s a SYSTEM. Training evolved since 2006.

🚨 BIG KETTLE-JITSU CERTIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT COMING SOON. I’ll be announcing the next certification date soon. If you’ve been wanting to learn the system directly from the source, stay tuned.

📘 Also… my BODY WEIGHT 4 BJJ pre-sale is LIVE right now. Get immediate access to the manual before the full program drops. Price will go up later.

Comment FLOW or KETTLEBELL and I’ll send you the info. 👊

2 things come to mind when I think back to my conversation with Professor Alberto Crane last year:

1) Yet another reminder that empathy and being open minded is important because you never truly know what other people are going through

2) We, as humans, are capable of great things if we set our minds to it.

Check out the full conversation with 6th degree black belt, Tacit CEO, and founder of Legacy BJJ Alberto Crane on The Grappling Monthly Podcast. Link in bio!
