Happy International Day of the Girl Child!

Every girl deserves to be seen, heard, supported, and given the opportunity to dream big.

Through my work in dance, arts, and youth development, I’ve seen how the right opportunities and encouragement can help a girl discover her voice, build confidence, and believe in herself.

May we continue to create spaces where our girls feel safe to grow, bold enough to dream, and empowered to become all they were created to be.

When we empower a girl, we empower generations.

Saturdays are for dancing. I love to dance, and it helps me connect with my inner child. Its also very good for physical fitness, and body coordination. Life is challenging as it is,we all need to find that activity that helps us unwind. Mine is dance. It's about movement, laughter, flexibility, connection. So,next weekend, if you're looking to unwind, hit me up and we'll go dance together ❤️ #dancevideo #krumpstudios #innerchild #physicalfitness
