There’s so much more behind a shortlist than a name ❤️

Across every category of the Women of the Future UK Awards are women building businesses, leading teams, challenging how things are done and creating meaningful change through their work.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be taking a closer look at some of the categories that make up our 2026 shortlist and the women recognised within them.

We’re starting with Arts & Culture, Business, Community Spirit and Entrepreneur.

Take a look through this year’s shortlistees, and keep an eye out for Part Two as we continue celebrating the women recognised across the Women of the Future UK Awards 2026.

You can join us as we celebrate this year’s shortlist and reveal the 2026 winners at the Women of the Future UK Awards.

A huge thank you to @pwc_uk for their continued support of the Women of the Future Awards.
