5 COSAS FÁCILES PARA REDUCIR EL ESTRÉS YA MISMO 🌱

1. CAMBIA DE LOCACIÓN: literalmente párate y mueve tu cuerpo a otro cuarto/espacio.

Techniques to crush your fitness goals — even when you don’t feel like it! ⠀
💪 Complain as loud as you want; however, do put on your cute gym or yoga outfit. You’re already dressed (looking cute!) So might as well go to the activity. ⠀
💪 Apply The 20-minute rule. Tell yourself you’ll go for 20 minutes, which is much better than 0 minutes. More than likely, you’ll stay for longer. However if you only do 20 minutes, you DID 20 minutes!⠀
💪 Take a walk or do something fun instead of the thing you’re not wanting to do. ⠀
💪 Be kind to yourself! ⠀
⠀
Showing up is sometimes the hardest part. Once you nail that, you’re more than halfway to your goal! ⠀

Sara came for a touch-up and was carried away by my professional proposal ,the result wider eyebrows with better projection, a beautiful result that makes her look rejuvenated and even more beautiful than she already is.
