🥋🔥 Half Guard can be the key to victory. 🔥🥋

It can help you escape bad positions, reverse the fight and take control back. From the top, it allows you to pin your opponent, shut down their movement, advance to dominant positions or create strong submission opportunities.

Without understanding half guard, you are missing a huge part of modern BJJ and giving away an important advantage against skilled opponents.

Half guard is not only a technical position — it is also highly tactical. In many matches, the ability to control and understand this position can decide the outcome of the fight in crucial moments.

FNC 29🇸🇮 was a blast. And even though not all of our fighters won that’s just simply part of the sport. As we continue to support our brothers who are stepping in the cage and leaving it all out there.
Also with that I would like to give special thanks to my brother Alexandr Drabinca for bringing me along.
I wish u guys long and healthy carrers and many more Victories.

A loss doesn’t define a fighter, the response does. You’ll come back sharper, hungrier, and more dangerous than ever. 🔥
