We're thrilled to announce that our Founder, @krysta.mess is Co-Chair of the newly launched OT & ADHD Practice Network through CAOT-BC. This Wednesday, November 6th from 5-6PM PST, Krysta and Co-Chair Adam Ly will be hosting a Conversations that Matter Forum exploring the ADHD Iceberg.

The discussion will focus on ADHD beyond the DSM-5 and how many features and traits of ADHD are underneath the “ADHD Iceberg.” This will be an informal open forum with an introduction to the topic and a chance to discuss this concept with each other.

Register through the link in our bio! We hope to see you there.

Sometimes we use all the strategies but still end up prioritizing the wrong thing or forgetting an important appointment or family member’s birthday. The key so to keep growing and try to remain calm and kind to ourselves. Sometimes we’re just going to F up and it’s how we respond that makes a difference to the future when we can’t change the F up itself.

Much love 💕

Who told me it was a good idea to trap myself in a van with @tim.dacosta following all our friends around the PNW for 2 weeks?
