October prompts
@krystle.writes
#krystleprompts

I wanna tell you all my secrets
Look at all these unfamiliar faces
.
.
The unwritten story,
Of my life's journey,
You were in every chapter,
The main and important character,
Always beside me,
Encouraged my soul to fly free,
A shoulder I could cry on,
Even when everybody was gone,
I wanna tell you all my secrets,
The ones that would leave me sleepless,
Everything going on in my life,
The happiness and the heartbreaking strife,
I want you to be a part,
A permanent resident in my heart,
Take a look at all these unfamiliar faces,
Shield me from their curious gazes,
Be my covering mask,
Protecting me should be your foremost task,
Walk with me till we reach our destination,
A strong root for my life's deep foundation

Prompt - I hope this isn’t over

@krystle.writes

“I didn’t see forever, but I finally saw.”

I didn’t see forever,
but I finally saw.
No fireworks needed.
My future simply unveiled.
I hope this isn’t over, you say.
Where there’s hope, love lives.
