**A great team opportunity November Spartan DEKA FIT in ATL. Just go register. Make it a goal. Then compare each year. What this does, it keeps you.

1. Disciplined
2. Focused
3. GROWING

Who is the team? YOU!

Finish lines are not about a race they represent work done, goals accomplished and HEALTH. Healthy people are in shape!!! Never forget that.

HEALTH is not a look , it’s a lifestyle.

See you at the gym Monday!

(I added the picture with my judge because, he made me look tiny. No edits he was that tall!! I never look tiny😂)

WHAT a workout, wow. Awesome work.
Hybrid Training Team: great training breeds Great results!! Everyone did an amazing job, and pulled through.

730/830 AM was a modified version, it doesn’t matter who you are or what level your at, if you train UP, your going to change.

Coaching Tip: I ALWAYS want to be the worst one in a great group, this is always better than settling with average. Greatness does not hang out with average. We invite you in, to level up, but we will not settle. Be GREAT.
