ASS BACKWARDS TENNIS! 🤦‍♀️🎾

When you have the PERFECT opportunity to come to net… YOU DON’T!

But when it’s the absolute WRONG time to come in… HERE YOU COME! 🤦‍♀️

Watch this clip! 👀

The server fails to recognize that the receiver stayed back.

That’s her opportunity to move forward, take control, and get 2 UP!

But she stays back!

Then, when the receiver finally comes to net, the server decides NOW is the time to come in!

Now we’ve got 2 UP vs. 2 UP!

50/50 tennis instead of taking control when you had the advantage!

TeamForman says:
🔥 ALWAYS COME TO NET WHEN YOU HIT PAST THE NET PERSON!

It’s not just about getting to the net. It’s about knowing WHEN to get there!

For the rest of your life! 🎾

BACK UP OR ELSE… 🎾

You can’t defend if you don’t know WHEN to back up.

Backing off the net is dictated by the ball that goes past you.

There are TWO movements you have to understand:

🎾 Move with the ball on YOUR side of the net.
🎾 Move with the ball on THEIR side of the net.

And here’s the biggest defensive lesson:

ASSUME THE WORST FROM YOUR PARTNER.

Not because you don’t trust them — because you need to be ready for what happens after their shot.

If their ball puts you in trouble, BACK UP.
If you wait to see what happens, you’re already late.

TeamForman says:
If you assume the worst, you’ll learn how to defend the best.

For the rest of your life! 🎾

🎾 STOP THINKING HOW. START PLAYING WHERE.

When you’re playing a match, your mindset needs to be about court position and shot selection.

WHERE am I on the court?
WHERE should I hit the ball?
WHERE should I move after I hit it?

Not: HOW do I hit this forehand?

That work should have been done long before the match.

TeamForman says:

“Practice is where you work on HOW. Matches are where you PLAY THE GAME.”

If you’re thinking about how to hit the ball, you’re thinking about your stroke.

If you’re thinking about where to hit the ball, you’re thinking about how to win the point.

🔥 In practice, perfect HOW. In matches, own WHERE—and play to win.

For the rest of your life!
