¡¡¡VICTORIA!!!
¡Vamos Benidorm!🏀🐗

Good evening @pushforbetterca team,

I could not resist cranking out a set of push-ups today, despite Day 4 of your push-up challenge being a designated rest day!! So, while out for a walk with our dog, Iris, I cleared a patch of snow in the park and managed to pump out a total of 40. That places my cumulative 4-day total at 255 — a few extra in the “bank” just in case I fall short in one or more days prior to the final on 23 February.

Thanks for making this a collaborative initiative!

Good afternoon ,

Day 97 of my push-up challenge was a repeat of Day 83 – a one to one challenge on A Zoom call Mark Magliocco @marknomadic of X528 DAO(soon to be rebranded “SwapAcross”, a DEX aggregator built to facilitate bridge-less cross-chain crypto trades & swaps). In fact, yesterday’s push-up challenge took place immediately prior to Mark and I recording Episode 15 of the Crypto Market Update. For those interested, here is a link to the “SwapAcross” YouTube channel to catch all of the episodes which include a look at the BTC trading charts on Yahoo Finance, crypto market news and funding announcements of Web3 startups:

As to the push-ups (or press-ups as some people like to call them), Mark managed to kick my butt: he cranked out a total of 75; I came in at a total of 55. Congrats Mark!

By the way, @pushupforbetterca Mark is definitely a great candidate for your 2000 push-up challenge this coming February!

Have a great day!

Good evening @streakersgaming

Day 73 of my push-up challenge involved two stages:

Stage 1 in the afternoon just as it was starting to snow; total of 45

Stage 2 in the evening just after shoveling the driveway; total of 46

///

Kind of fun to inject this new “prop” into my daily push-up routine

Good day @peak_performance.coaching

Just thought I would summarize the results from the last 3 days of my push-up challenge:

Day 61 | total of 45

Day 62 | total of 47

Day 63 | total of 40 (included 5 clapping push-ups); I know the @streakersgaming team likes to ensure there are “props” included in every challenge

No records. No endorsement deals. @NoFrillsca (shopping prior to completion of Day 63)!
