Girl, you’re so busy noticing what everyone else brings that you forget how much you bring, too.

You’re the friend who remembers the little things. Who checks, “Did you get home?” Who makes someone laugh on a day they thought they couldn’t.

And yes, sometimes you bring snacks and sends a voice note that starts with “quick story” and becomes a podcast. 😂

You don’t have to be the loudest, the most accomplished, or the girl who has it all figured out to make someone’s life better.

So when you catch yourself wondering if you’re enough, remember: someone feels more loved, more understood, and a little less alone because of you.

In Ayurveda, sneha means both oil and affection. The same word. Not a coincidence.

Some rituals are better shared. Even when one person is just being kind to the other. 😊🌿

It is the freedom and that inner peace - stillness that brings me back to my practice everyday!!!! My practice is what keeps me sane in this chaotic world! 🙈

I started meditation when I was 8, and for someone who has a monkey mind 🐒 like mine, it was way too hard. Till I found SKY breath meditation, I didn’t know what peace felt like.

10 yrs later, trust me on this, if I can meditate anyone can!!! 💪

✨Teacher Spotlight Kshitiz Karki! @kshitizaaa Her mom got her started meditating when she was a tiny 8 years old. She has a Master’s in Public Policy from University of Minnesota and now runs her own agency that helps brands with social media and digital marketing. She started teaching SKY Campus at Arizona State University in 2021. Her favorite moment teaching was when a student who had lost a sibling came up to Kshitiz after the very first SKY session, and said she hadn’t felt that kind of peace or even a moment without anxiety in over two years. And then on the second day, she shared that she hadn’t slept that deeply in three years ♥️ Kshitiz loves teaching because “I love that smile people have—the kind mixed with a little confusion when they realize how clear their mind can be and uplifted they can feel after just a few minutes of breathing.”

Z as her friends call her, loves to dance in her kitchen, read books and spend time with her husband and friends. Her favorite place to travel is Maui, Hawaii, but her all time favorite is her hometown Kathmandu, Nepal. Her fav song keeps changing all the time, but her favorite food is timeless - Momo. If she was an animal, she would be a bird - a Phoenix.

Your most productive days start with doing less.

Most people are unknowingly starting their day in a stress response. Ayurveda has said for 5000 years, protect your first hour. These 3 things take under 30 minutes and cost nothing:

☀️Sunlight on your skin: Direct morning light anchors your circadian rhythm, spikes serotonin, and clears residual melatonin from your brain

💧Sip Lukewarm water before coffee, before food, before anything: After 7-8 hours of fasting and repair, warm water gently rehydrates your cells and activates your parasympathetic nervous system without spiking cortisol.

📱No screens for the first 30 minutes: Opening your phone first thing hands control of your brain to your amygdala, the stress and reaction centre before your prefrontal cortex is even fully online.

These are not habits. They are inputs that directly control your brain chemistry and energy output for the next 16 hours. Treat them accordingly.

Try this tomorrow morning and notice how differently your whole day feels. ✨
