There is something powerful that happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, connect, express themselves, move, create, and simply be present ✨

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of being part of the team for this beautiful experience organized by Tajrabti Experiences here in Tunisia and moments like these deeply resonate with the work I do every day.

Whether through therapy, coaching, group experiences, movement, or emotional expression… I strongly believe that transformation happens in spaces where people feel human again. Where they can reconnect with themselves, with others, with their emotions, their body, their authenticity, and the present moment.

What I loved about this experience was the intention behind it: creating genuine connection through creativity, collaboration, movement, expression, and shared moments.
And seeing people progressively open up, laugh, interact differently, and truly enjoy the experience was beautiful to witness.

Grateful to have contributed to this experience as part of the team alongside inspiring people 🤍

Thank you to @tajrabti.experiences @akrambouslama , and the whole team for the trust and for adopting me so warmly 🌿

He showed up with intention.
She showed up as herself.

Same piece.
Different presence.

RKZN — it doesn’t define you. You define it.
